Starting financial career since 1988 at Sanyo Securities (Japan), Mr. Nagata was engaged in a variety of business activities where he earned a great deal of valuable experiences and excellent performance for 7 years.He was working as Head of Sales at Bloomberg L.P. (Tokyo) where he dedicated himself to sales activities with his customary ability and market analysis from 1995 to 2006.In 2006, he founded East Wing Asset Management LLP now reorganized as East Wing Consultancy Pte. Ltd., with current investments amounting to over 20 million USD.In 2010, Mr. Nagata founded East Wing ASA Capital Pte. Ltd as Managing Director. He also runs Sonatra Microfinance Institution PLC and Sonatra Construction Co., Ltd, a Cambodia based financial company, as CEO.In August 2013, together with other partners, he founded Nexasia Capital Pte. Ltd.Mr. Nagata holds an MBA at Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management, USA.

Joining Nomura Securities (Japan) in 1998, Mr. Kinjo had 7 years of working there as Account Manager for high-net-worth individuals and medium-sized companies, in which he engaged in the asset management business. After getting MBA degree, major in finance in US at Babson College in 2004, Mr. Kinjo moved to investment banking department where he was in charge of electrical machinery and precision sector. In 2005, he was hunted to JP Morgan Securities investment banking department to involve in cross -border transactions in IT and real estate industry at corporate sales department. Mr. Kinjo started his own business which focused on finance and real estate in Asia since around 2010 with the vision of “light the fire of entrepreneurial spirit of Japan from Asia”. He is the co-founder of Singapore based Nexasia Capital Pte. Ltd. He serves as Independent Director of Infinia Capital Holdings which invests mainly in Myanmar. He also runs JHGC which operates beauty business in Singapore.
